Who will my stylist be?

Anna Sandler takes personal styling, wardrobe, group, personal shopping and corporate sessions wherever possible. In busy periods she may not be available and at group or corporate sessions there may be additional stylists, depending on client numbers.

*PLEASE NOTE: Anna will not be available for sessions until 18 November 2013. Bookings can be made in advance for Anna. Current bookings with other stylists are available as usual*.

What experience and qualifications do the stylists have?

All stylists are trained to degree level in a related field or have completed a relevant further or post graduate training certificate in either costume, fashion, styling, make-up, hair or beauty therapy. Most stylists will have also had a variety of experience in fashion retail, as fashion stylists, in television, film or theatre. They are highly skilled specialists in their fields, love working with people and only ever work in a professional and discerning manner at all times.

What are the stylists like?

We aren’t like Gok Wan or Trinny and Suzannah as we believe in discretion and privacy at all times. Our stylists are approachable, friendly, down-to-earth and passionate about getting the very best out of a session, value for money for their client and making the client feel relaxed and comfortable. We believe in going the extra mile to ensure clients feel wonderful and confident after a session.

How does a personal styling session work?

Once you’ve paid for your session, you’ll receive a questionnaire, which we advise you fill in as much as you can, then email it back to us. This is so we can prepare as much as possible so you get the most out of your session. When we’ve read through your answers, we’ll call you to discuss where we’ll take you, what time we’ll meet and to go into any details of your questionnaire or anything else you might have thought of in the meantime. On the day, we’ll first meet for a coffee or breakfast for about half an hour before we start our session- this is a FREE consultation. Then we begin! A day or so after your session you’ll receive your FREE personal style profile with a complete recap of the day including information about the styles, colours and shapes that suit you, where to shop, how to accessorize plus everything else we covered. This will help you to remember everything in the future so you don’t have to worry about forgetting anything important.

How does a wardrobe session work?

Once you’ve paid for your wardrobe session*, you’ll receive a questionnaire, which we advise you fill in as much as you can, then email it back to us. When we’ve read through your answers, we’ll call you to discuss things. This is so we can help you prepare and arrange your wardrobe for your session. After your session you’ll receive your FREE personal style profile with a complete recap of the day including information about the styles, colours and shapes that suit you, what bits are missing from your wardrobe, where to buy them, how to accessorize plus everything else we covered. This will help you to remember everything in the future so you don’t have to worry about forgetting anything important. Upon payment of your service we’ll confirm your booking date and the right stylist for you. Times and any other preparation of your wardrobe will be arranged with your stylist, who’ll call you within 24 hours of your payment. *If your wardrobe consultation is outside London’s zone six, any train fare or petrol costs to be incurred by your stylist will be added to your bill. They will of course be agreed with you before hand.

How does a personal shopping session work?

The price of a personal shopping session can vary depending on the nature of what is required. Fees are charged per hour with a minimum of three hours per session booking. An estimated time will be discussed with the client at time of booking and this will be paid for in full prior to the session. Travel and transport costs may also be incurred at additional cost to the client. For detailed information about pricing, refunds and policy, please see our Terms & Conditions. If a meeting or pre-fitting is required, the stylist will meet the client at a convenient place prior to the shopping session. She will then go and conduct the personal shopping session, independently of the client, returning at the agreed time and place with a selection of garments from which the client can choose from and try on. Once all purchases have been agreed, the personal shopping session is complete. During a personal shopping session the stylist will either purchase goods on behalf of the client using a suitable and pre-arranged method or will arrange for goods to be taken out on loan from participating department stores and boutiques with whom the stylist has relationships. Once the client has decided upon their final purchases, they must immediately reimburse the stylist for any goods the stylist has paid for. A 10% surcharge will be added to the cost of these purchases. The return of all unwanted goods can be completed by the stylist at additional cost to the client.
